We collect information you provide through Aradya, WhatsApp, email, enrolment and LearnAI portals. Depending on the service, this may include your name, contact details, learning interests, educational background, skills, enrolment information and information needed to deliver the service you request.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information for LearnAI services: answering enquiries, managing enrolment, delivering training, providing learning and portal support, assessments, certificates and the career or other services you request. Promotional communication preferences can be withdrawn separately.
3. Data sharing
LearnAI shares personal information within its authorised co-partner and sister-company network for LearnAI services. Operational providers, including Hostinger for website hosting and email and WhatsApp for messaging, may process information needed to deliver the requested service. We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated purposes. External services have their own privacy practices.
4. Branch visits and offline participation
For people entering our branches or participating offline, we may collect limited information for entry management, attendance, safety and delivery of services. Where identity or educational verification is necessary, we explain the purpose and request only relevant information.
5. CCTV and recordings
CCTV may operate in designated branch areas for safety and security, with notices displayed at the premises. Access is limited to authorised personnel. Classroom recordings and promotional photographs, where used, are explained separately from security CCTV.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for the relevant service purpose or an applicable legal retention requirement. You may request deletion of your information or ask us to stop promotional calls and messages. These are separate requests. We assess deletion requests and explain any information that must be retained and why. Restricted records retained for a legal purpose are not used for promotional contact.
7. Security
We aim to protect personal information through appropriate access restrictions and safeguards for digital and physical records. Information access should be limited to people who need it for their responsibilities.
8. Students under 18
Where applicable, we seek parent or lawful guardian authorisation before processing the personal information of students under 18. We explain the information required and its purpose.

You may contact LearnAI to request access to information about your personal data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or withdrawal from promotional communication. We may request proportionate verification to protect your information. Withdrawing information needed for a service may affect our ability to continue that service.
