1. What this policy covers
This policy describes cancellation and refund assessment for LearnAI course enrolments. Separate services require package-specific written terms, subject to applicable law. Total fees, paid training hours and included services must be disclosed before payment.
2. Admission fee, free sessions and fee breakdown
The ₹2,000 admission fee is included in the total course fee, not an additional charge. A demo and the first class are free and are excluded from training deductions. Admission charges may be retained only to the extent lawfully retainable in the circumstances. There is no automatic 10% seat-allotment deduction, 30% portal deduction or no-refund cutoff at 30% course completion under this policy.
3. How to request withdrawal
Send a written request to info@learnai.co.in or the official WhatsApp number +91 93900 23585. Include the student name, course, enrolment contact details, payment references and request. The recorded receipt date is used to assess withdrawal; administrative review does not itself extend the chargeable training period. Do not send account passwords or one-time codes.
4. Itemised assessment
We assess the amount actually paid and deduct only charges lawfully retainable for admission, documented services already supplied and paid training delivered up to the effective withdrawal date. Each refund includes a written itemised calculation and reasons for any deduction. Charges cannot be counted twice, exceed the agreed fee or operate as an unreasonable penalty. No fixed percentage is earned solely because a portal account was created or a seat was reserved.
5. Training calculation
For an hour-based course, the training charge is the agreed tuition component multiplied by paid training hours delivered up to withdrawal, divided by the total agreed paid training hours. Use the fee breakdown confirmed before enrolment; do not retrospectively invent or increase a component to reduce a refund. Free sessions and cancelled or undelivered training are excluded. Scheduled sessions genuinely delivered and available to the student may count despite non-attendance, subject to applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.
6. Personal withdrawal and access
Personal reasons or missed attendance do not automatically mean a full refund or no refund. The assessment follows this policy and applicable law. Course recordings, portal resources and further sharing stop on withdrawal, subject to applicable rights. After normal course completion, available recordings and resources remain accessible for three months; later access is not guaranteed.
7. LearnAI cancellation or material changes
If LearnAI cancels before providing the agreed service, we offer a full refund of payments received, including the admission fee. If delivery has started, we discuss a suitable alternative such as a replacement trainer or batch. If no suitable alternative is agreed, the undelivered portion is assessed for refund. A change does not remove remedies for deficient or misrepresented services.
8. Refund timing and payment
Eligible refunds are issued within 48 working hours, meaning six working days at eight working hours per day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Necessary verification or missing payment details will be explained promptly and will not be used to delay a refund improperly. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes priority. Refunds normally return to the original payment method; banking settlement time may be additional and will be explained. No additional refund processing charge is imposed by this policy.
9. Disputes and your rights
Request clarification or review of the written calculation through the central contacts. LearnAI considers available payment and delivery records and information provided by the student. This policy does not prevent complaints to competent authorities or other legal remedies. Applicable statutory refund rights take priority over this policy.
