1. Contact and scope
Use this page for personal-data requests or complaints about LearnAI training and related services. Contact the LearnAI management team at info@learnai.co.in or +91 93900 23585. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM IST. This contact is not presented as a formally appointed Data Protection Officer.
2. Requests you can make
You may ask about the personal information LearnAI holds and how it is used, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, stop promotional contact, or raise a privacy concern. Where applicable law provides a nomination right, you may ask how to nominate a person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. Requests are assessed under applicable law and its commencement provisions.
3. How to submit a request
Email info@learnai.co.in with the subject “Data request / grievance”, or message the official WhatsApp number. Provide your name, the email or mobile number used with LearnAI, the relevant course, branch or portal, and a clear description of what you want us to do. For a service complaint, add the approximate dates, payment reference if relevant, and available supporting information. A special form or payment is not required to raise a concern.
4. Safe verification
We may verify that the request relates to you or that you are authorised to act for someone else. Verification should be proportionate to the information requested. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card information or unnecessary identity documents. If additional verification is needed, we explain why and the appropriate way to provide it.
5. What happens next
Management records and reviews the request, checks relevant records and responds through an appropriate contact channel. We may ask for clarification, but available evidence is not a condition for simply reporting a concern. Keep a copy of your request and any reference we provide.
6. Response period
Our service target is to review and resolve requests or complaints within 48 working hours: six working days, counting eight working hours per day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Where investigation or verification requires longer, we explain the reason and provide an expected update. This target does not override a shorter applicable legal deadline or restrict your remedies.
7. Deletion, retention and no-contact requests
Stopping promotional contact and deleting records are different requests. We stop promotional use when requested and may retain a minimal restricted no-contact record to help prevent further marketing. We assess deletion across records we control and explain any lawful retention, its purpose and relevant period. Applicable retention requirements, ongoing service needs and legally justified preservation may limit immediate deletion. Retained information is restricted to the justified purpose. Backup expiry is addressed through the applicable retention process; deletion is not represented as instantaneous removal from every backup.
8. Service and account effects
Withdrawal of information or consent needed to deliver a requested service may affect enrolment, portal access or further support. We explain the relevant effect. A data request does not itself cancel a course, settle a fee dispute or replace a withdrawal request under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Stopping marketing does not necessarily stop essential service or legally required messages.
9. Children and representatives
A parent, lawful guardian or authorised representative may contact management where appropriate. We verify authority proportionately and apply relevant requirements for students under 18. Avoid disclosing another person’s private information unnecessarily.
10. Review and escalation
If you disagree with a response, reply with the issue and ask for management review. We provide reasons where a request cannot be fulfilled in full. You retain access to applicable external complaint and legal remedies. Where the DPDP grievance and Board complaint provisions are in force and applicable, follow the applicable process, including the required opportunity for LearnAI to address the grievance. Nothing on this page prevents a lawful complaint or review.
11. Security concerns and updates
Report suspected unauthorised access or disclosure promptly through the central contacts, describing the issue without sending secret credentials or exposing other students’ information. We assess and respond under applicable requirements. This page may be updated as services and legal requirements change.
